He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin in 1998. He started his career as a trademark expert at the Polish Patent Office. In 2002, after passing the exams and being entered on the list of legal advisers, he started working in the office. He specialises in intellectual property issues, in particular trademarks, industrial designs, fighting unfair competition acts and brand protection.
Currently cooperating with Polish and foreign Clients, he is responsible for developing protection strategies and managing international portfolios of trademarks and industrial designs. He advises on domain name arbitration proceedings and competition and consumer protection. He has extensive experience in managing large international trademark and design portfolios. Currently associated with one of the best law firms in Poland – Sołtysiński, Kawecki & Szlęzak.
